📒 Yearly Bookkeeping
Cash purchases, sales, trades, and expenses in one place. Review provisional purchase records and trade valuations before using these totals for a tax return.
Add purchase / expense, or review an existing record
Inventory additions automatically create provisional purchase records. Don’t add the same purchase again here. For a gift or another non-cash arrival, edit its automatic purchase to $0 and explain it in the note.
Record gross sale and selling fees
If you entered the net payout as the sale price earlier, this records the gross amount and fees together. Fees won’t be subtracted twice. Include platform deductions here; report tax collected by a marketplace separately from your sale income.

🤝 Dealer Trade — PIN Approval
One vendor builds the whole deal on one phone. Scan or choose your cards, scan the other vendor's QR cards, add cash if needed, then the other vendor enters their private 6-digit Dealer Trade PIN to approve the swap.

📁 Inventory CSV Tools
Export a backup, download a generic import template, or bulk-import existing cards. Imported rows always create new Available inventory items with new permanent QR codes.
Recommended columns: card_name, set_name, card_number, condition, cost_basis, market_percent, quantity, notes. If you export from Tree Warrior Cards, the included card_id gives an exact match on re-import.
